Born in Catania on January 22, 1985, in 2008 he obtained the master Degree in Law at the University of Catania with a grade of 110/110 cum laude, discussing a thesis on History of contemporary Law; in 2009, he obtained a Tutorship in Tax Law at the Faculty of Law of the University of Catania; in 2010, he obtained the Diploma of Specialization in Legal Professions at the same University; in 2012, after the prescribed period of practice, made at the law Firm of criminal Lawyer Vincenzo Mellia, exceeds the qualifying examination for the exercise of the legal profession.
He has worked as a Lawyer at some of the most prestigious law firms in the Province, dealing with civil law, commercial law (in particular, company law and insolvency law) and tax law, and distinguishing itself in the activities of study and research with a particular attitude to "problem solving".
He worked as a lecturer of the Master of the High Professional Education in tax law "from the assessment to the tax".
For a few years is also responsible for the profile of civil and amministrativistici of immigration law.
He has also attended the accredited courses of preparation for the competition, in the judiciary.
Has, finally, made some of the publications in the legal journal online "The Administrative Law".
