CONTINUOUS ASSISTANCE AGREEMENT
BASIC FORMULA
In according with our continuous assistance agreement, choosing the basic formula will allow the client to consult
the law firm in outsourcing. The agreement, which is annual basis and renewable, provides that the law firm will
deal with all the legal matters referred to below:
· extrajudicial debt recovery (potential legal proceedings not included) (n..... affairs)
· legal advice offered by e-mail, telephone or fax (n..... affairs)
· the drafting of letters of formal notice (n..... affairs)
· the drafting of contracts which includes assistance during their conclusion (n..... affairs)
· meetings with clients at their domiciles (n..... affairs)
MAXIMUM FORMULA
In according with our continuous assistance agreement, the maximum formula provides that the law firm will deal
with all the legal matters referred to below without any limit with regard to the number of legal cases:
· extrajudicial debt recovery (potential legal proceedings not included)
· legal advice offered by e-mail, telephone or fax
· the drafting of letters of formal notice
· the drafting of contracts which includes assistance during their conclusion
· meetings with clients at their domiciles
· extrajudicial assistance with administrative procedures, compensation and refund procedures, (potential
legal proceedings not included)
ALL-INCLUSIVE FORMULA
In according with our continuous assistance agreement, choosing the all-inclusive formula will allow the client to
consult the law firm in outsourcing. The agreement, which is annual and renewable, provides that the law firm will
deal with all the legal matters referred to below, without any limit with regard to the number of legal cases:
· extrajudicial and judicial debt recovery and the execution phase
· legal advice offered by e-mail, telephone or fax
· the drafting of letters of formal notice
· the drafting of contracts which includes assistance during their conclusion
· meetings with clients at their domiciles
· extrajudicial and judicial assistance and the execution phase regarding matters treated by the law firm
